PURPOSE: Provided is a korean type pork cutlet by using kimchi or fermented soybean paste soup, thereby reducing oily taste from but giving refreshing taste to it. CONSTITUTION: Western cuisines, such as cutlets(fish cutlet, pork cutlet and the like) and steaks are accompanied by complement foods, for instance, kimchi or fermented soybean paste soup, to minimize oily taste but maximize refreshing taste. |
