<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical description information disclosure method, etc. capable of collecting many pieces of the latest and effective medical description information between doctors (medical institutions) and disclosing content for making patients easily understand the medical description information. <P>SOLUTION: A first terminal serving as the provision side of the medical description information transmits the medical description information to an information disclosure server. The information disclosure server creates, discloses multimedia content which cannot be edited based on the medical description information and a second terminal serving as the use side of the medical description information browses the multimedia content.
