The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical product, daily dose or dose regimen comprising an anti-androgen and anastrozole, wherein the anti-androgen is selected from flutamide, nilutamide, chlormadinone acetate and cyproterone or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof. The invention also relates to a method of providing an anti-androgenic effect and aromatase inhibition in a patient, wherein the aromatase inhibition is provided substantially without causing an additional increase in the levels of circulating androgens.
