PURPOSE: An electronic commerce method and an apparatus are provided to make a store information provider and an Internet user conveniently perform electronic commerces through the Internet by managing a homepage of each store information provider in one site operated by an electronic commerce server. CONSTITUTION: An Internet user system(100) inputs a purchase and reservation signal of a commodity and service. A store information provider system(102) inputs a fixed commodity and service information and responds to a complaint of the commodity and service inputted from the Internet user system(100). A database(110) stores client information, commodity information, service information, and map information. An electronic commerce server(120) provides to the Internet user system(100) the commodity and service information of the store information provider system(102) through a network, performs the electronic commerce according to the provided commodity and service information, and solves problems occurring after the electronic commerce. The database(110) includes a client information database(112), a store information database(114), and a map information database(116).
