<p>The present invention relates to a metod of determining the presence or absence of a biological condition in animal tissue, wherein the expression of genes in normal tissue and tissue from the biological condition is examined and correlated to standards. The invetion further relates to the treatment of the biological condition and an assay for determining the condition. More particularly the invention concerns gene expression in epithelial tissue, such as urianry bladder under both normal and abnormal conditions.</p> |
