PURPOSE: A system for operating a customized membership shopping mall providing packaged commodities is provided to select and sell the desiring commodity and as much as the operator desires by providing the packaged commodities by separating and packaging the commodities according to a fixed standard. CONSTITUTION: An Internet server(10) drives an Internet site(12) of a manager site supporting and managing an Internet shopping mall site(11) and an operation of a shopping mall operating system(1) and the shopping mall site(11). Each shopping mall site(11) is designed as each member desires and the design of the shopping mall site(11) is newly changed as the member selects it. A new shopping mall which enters to the shopping mall site(11) forms a multi-level shopping mall which exists as a lower part shopping mall site and is managed as it in a circle of the existing shopping mall site(11). A template management unit(20) creates a template for changing the design of the shopping mall site(11), integrates the created template, stores and manages it. An order processing unit(30) processes an order generated in each shopping mall site(11), settles a corresponding price, and manages a sales performance and a sales situation of each shopping mall site(11). A commodity management unit(40) divides the whole commodities according to a fixed standard and packages the commodities considering the sales performance of each commodity.
