PURPOSE: An electric mat is provided to perform both cooling and heating and to remove the influence of electromagnetic waves. CONSTITUTION: An electric mat comprises a circulation pump for circulating a liquid, a heater for heating the circulation liquid, a thermoelectric element for refrigerating the circulation liquid, a pump drive unit for driving the circulation pump by a first control signal, a power control unit for supplying power to the heater and the thermoelectric element by a second control signal, and a control unit for generating first and second control signals to control the pump drive unit and the power control unit. The electric mat performs cooling and heating by circulating the circulation liquid through a circulation pipe instead of generating electromagnetic waves.
