PURPOSE: Provided are a retrovirus vector containing human interleukin-16 gene and herpes simplex virus(HSV) thymine kinase gene, a cell line producing retrovirus containing the vector and an animal cell line producing the interleukin-16 and thymine kinase. CONSTITUTION: The retrovirus vector, LNC/IL-16/IRES/TK, comprises human interleukin-16(IL-16) gene which is of C-terminal secretion type, internal ribosome entry site(IRES) sequence and herpes simplex virus(HSV) thymine kinase gene. The cell line, GPenvam12/LN/IL- 16/IRES/TK, cre/LN/IL- 16/IRES/TK or PG13/LN/IL- 16/IRES/TK (KCTC 0776BP) is constructed by transforming a host cell line with the retrovirus vector LNC/IL-16/IRES/TK, and produces retrovirus. The animal cell line, Hela/LN/IL- 16/IRES/TK, COS/LN/IL- 16/IRES/TK or Neuro-2a/LN/IL- 16/IRES/TK, which is transfected with the retrovirus produced from the cell line above, produces human interleukin-16(IL-16) and thymine kinase.
