PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spout assembly capable of taking out the high viscous content with a very small amount of the remaining portion thereof. SOLUTION: In this spout assembly 1 comprising a spout body 2 provided with a bonding base part 6 fitted to the inside of a pouch body on one side and a spout cylindrical part outside a pouch when fitted to the pouch on the other side of a flange surface 4 located outside an end of the pouch which are integrated with each other by a synthetic resin, and a cap 3 attachable/ detachable to/from the spout of the spout body, the bonding base part 6 provided below the flange surface is provided between two sides of the pouch, and has a shuttle shape in bottom view in which two sides are easily bonded with each other, and the liquid-tightness can be maintained, and a block preventive rib 8 of a predetermined shape is formed below the bonding base part.
