PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient separator water sealing implement which can sandwich the separator of a concrete form from its radial direction and be used. SOLUTION: A sealant (1) of clay dried particles or powder which is converted into swelling gel by water absorption is previously sealed in an enclosing bag (2) tubularly knitted from a biodegradable synthetic fabric into a tube shape. The enclosing bag (2) is filled and set in a cover case (A) which is converted into a doughnut shape as a whole by pivoting a pair of case segments (4) and (5) at each other in such a way as to be freely open and closed made of a biodegradable synthetic resin opposing to each other. The separator (3) of the concrete form (M) is sandwiched from its radial direction in such a way that it can not come off by the closing of the case segments (4) and (5).
