PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect the time when a movable body passes a designated position. SOLUTION: The fall of the gain of gain data showing the change of the gain of a received electromagnetic wave with the passage of time is compensated in a gain compensating part 50, and a passing time band is extracted as a time band having a big gain change from the compensated gain data, in a passing time band extracting part 52. A passing time detecting part 54 detects the time approximate to a function by which plural peak points on the higher gain side of the compensated data are projected toward the side where the gain change increases and forming the extreme value point of the function, in the passing time band, as the passing time. |
