PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly avoid troubles due to erroneous wiring caused in a lead wire 3 connecting a probe P and a terminal T of a connector 4 together. SOLUTION: The erroneous wiring is corrected substantially by changing address data used for inspection of a tester device so that, in occurrence of erroneous wiring such as connection between the probe T100 numbered 100 (N: 100) and the terminal T101 numbered 101 (M: 101) of the connector 4, for example, a signal from the number 101 terminal T101 is recognized as a signal from the number 100 terminal T100 without correcting the wiring.
