PURPOSE:To attain a pipe line of a multi-regression type and to speed up image processing by providing an image memory capable of parallel reading and connecting a table memory storing values available from multiplying each image data by a constant to each output. CONSTITUTION:Multi-spectrum images are stored in the image memories 11-14 at every spectrum image. Data tables having values available from multiplying the data level input of the image by a constant is stored in table memories 21-24. Then subject picture elements are read out in parallel from the memories 11-14, and taken for inputs to the memories 21-24, where the address contents of the input data are read out with said data as actual data. Adders 31 and 32 at the 1st stage add the outputs in the table memories in parallel. The subsequent adder 41 adds further them, and their output result is stored in an image memory 15. Said action is applied to all picture elements, and the output result is stored in the memory 15. With this constitution the sequential cumulative arithmetic is made unnecessary, thereby obtaining the pipe line of multi- regression type.
