PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a resin composition capable of mainly applying to an optical fiber clad layer for optical transmission, rapidly curable by irradiating an active energy ray such as an ultraviolet or the like, the curing product of which has high hardness, high Young's modulus, and high breaking point strength as well as flexibility, low refractive index, and excellent transparency. SOLUTION: This fluorine-containing urethane (meth)acylate compound is synthesized by using a fluorine-containing diol compound, and the resin composition compounded with the same is prepared.
