PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable filling device showing an improved yield, an economic state and a superior workability even if a frequent cleaning operation is performed when the same type of filled material is processed in its small filling amount under a small-sized arrangement of the device. SOLUTION: This filling device is comprised of a liquid transferring pump connected to a filled material supplying tank, a filter device and a filling machine having a filling nozzle therein. The filling machine is provided with an opening or closing valve just before the filling nozzle. A branch opening or closing valve is installed between an inlet side of the opening or closing valve and a feeding-out port of the filter device. A cleaning liquid circulating hose connects the branch opening or closing valve with the filled material supplying tank.
