<p>A method for manufacturing liquid crystal display according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a step of forming a gate electrode on a substrate by using a first mask, a step of forming a gate insulating layer on the gate electrode, a step of forming an active layer, a source electrode, and a drain electrode on the gate insulating layer by using a second mask, a step of forming a first protection layer on the active layer, the source electrode, and the drain electrode, a step of successively stacking an organic layer and a transparent electrode layer on the first protection layer and forming an organic insulating layer and a common electrode by using a third mask, a step of forming a second protection layer on the organic insulating layer and the common electrode and exposing the drain electrode by using a fourth mask, and a step of forming a pixel electrode connected to the drain electrode on the second protection layer by using a fifth mask.</p> |
