PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mass-produce a wrapping material which can perform automatic packaging with reinforcement applied to the material. SOLUTION: The food wrapping material comprises a trapezoidal bag made of a film wherein a narrower base side is sealed, an opening means is provided at the sealed part, one of sidewalls on a wider mouth side of the trapezoidal bag is made into a protrusion which is longer than the other sidewall as a guide piece, and a reinforcement means is applied to one or both surfaces of the bag.
