PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the simplicity and the energy saving of locking-up to a knuckle, the improvement of peripheral circumstances, the reduction of the working number of processing and the shortening of processing time. SOLUTION: This knuckle bracket is provided with an inner bracket 4 constituted of a substantially angular U-shaped metal plate having a pair of a knuckle joining piece 4a coupled to the knuckle in the wheel side and an outer bracket 5 constituted of a substantially U-shaped metal plate connected to the inner bracket 4 so as to clamp the knuckle joining piece 4a and coupling a strut assembly of the body of a vehicle to the circular are portion, and along with the above, the inner bracket 4 and the outer bracket 5 are clinchingly connected in the portion of the knuckle joining piece 4a.
