PURPOSE: To provide a terminal device capable of surely preventing a terminal member formed with a connector terminal part and a contact part from moving in the external connector inserting and draw-out direction, introducing the contact part into a case without a special connecting work even on the integrated terminal member, reducing the number of components, and improving the assembling. CONSTITUTION: In the connector 16 of the terminal device 10, a second terminal member 30 is inserted into a second mounting hole 24 directly penetrated between the connector 16 and the inside of the case 12. The second terminal member 30 is fixed by inserting and locking a positioning projection 44 on a locking opening of a lead part 42, which prevents displacement of the fixing position in inserting and draw-out the external connector. Further as the connector terminal part 38, the lead part 42 and the contact 40 can be integrally formed with the same metal plate, the contact part 40 can be introduced into the case 12 without special connecting work.
