PURPOSE: A mounting structure of a motor is provided to insert a jig between a rotor and a bracket so as to maintain the air gap constantly, thereby preventing variance of motor characteristics due to unbalance of the air gap, and also preventing horizontal variance between a stator and the bracket. CONSTITUTION: A motor is formed by successively assembling a lower aluminum bracket(1), a rotor(3), a stator(5) and an upper aluminum bracket(7) and fastening the lower and upper brackets with a screw or rivet(9). When the lower aluminum bracket and the rotor are fastened each other, a gap jig is inserted thereto to maintain constant air gap therebetween. When the lower and upper aluminum brackets are fastened together using the screw or rivet, a plurality of washers are inserted thereto to increase fastening force therebetween. The gap jig is removed from the portion between the lower bracket and the rotor after the lower and upper aluminum brackets are completely fastened together.
