PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the conventional problem of electronic control hydraulic governors that the occurrence of hunting, when a moving iron core of a linear solenoid controlling a pilot valve slides, to generate hysteresis and degradation of the moving iron core or a bearing of the moving iron core occurs at early stages through abrasion, by preventing oil film shortage between the moving iron core and the bearing. SOLUTION: In this governor, the pilot valve 3 and the moving iron core 14a of the linear solenoid 14 are connected integrally slidably and integrally rotatably by an Ol dham's coupling 51, and the vicinity of the connected part is attached with a rotator 55, allowing rotation of the moving iron core 14a according to the sliding of the pilot valve 3 and the moving iron core 14a.
