PURPOSE: A condensing gas boiler is provided to improve heat exchange efficiency by enlarging the heat transfer area, and to compact and reduce the weight by using stainless steel having corrosion resistance. CONSTITUTION: A burner(1) is installed in the upper part of a gas boiler to ignite and burn downward gas mixed with air, and a combustion chamber(2) and a flue(3) as a high temperature combustion gas passage are installed in the lower part of the gas boiler. A fluid passage(4) is formed out of the combustion chamber, and a tubular body(5) comprises the fluid passage. Fluid is heated with high temperature combustion gas, and a drain siphon(6) is installed in the lower part to collect and drain condensate water generated in heat exchanging. Exhaust gas is discharged through an exhaust duct(7) and an exhaust port(8). The section of the flue is formed elliptically to maximize the heat transfer area, and the crease flue is formed. A plate is installed in the flue to divide combustion gas condensation ranges, and formed horizontally with a supporting bar. The heat transfer area is maximized with heating fluid by the crease flue, and heat exchange efficiency is improved with absorbing latent heat with the plate.
