PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a process of mounting a thrust shaped magnetic bearing part on a rotating shaft by dividing the magnetic bearing part, and to mount the bearing part, as it is, even on the rotating shaft or the other component such as an impeller that has an outer diameter larger than the inner diameter of an opening in the magnetic bearing part. SOLUTION: In this thrust shaped magnetic bearing structure 1, the ring like magnetic bearing part 4 is disposed on the end surface of a rotating disk or rotor 3, magnetic flux is passed through the disk or rotor 3, and its electromagnetic suction force supports a load axially applied onto the disk or rotor 3. The magnetic bearing part 4 is divided into two or more magnetic bearing blocks 4a, an electromagnet 7 is provided for each magnetic bearing block 4a, and the plurality of magnetic bearing blocks 4a are disposed on the end surface of the disk or rotor 3.
