PURPOSE: To provide response characteristics or setting characteristics fitted to various types of working forms by varying opening quantity characteristics of a variable bleed valve discharging pressure oil fed from a hydraulic pump to a hydraulic actuator and being interposed in a bleed-off circuit, according to the working forms. CONSTITUTION: This hydraulic pressure control device is provided with a variable displacement hydraulic pump 2, the hydraulic actuator 7 driven by the pressure oil fed from the hydraulic pump 2, a flow rate control valve 5 controlling the flow rate of the pressure oil fed to the hydraulic actuator 7 to the flow rate corresponding to the operating amount, the variable bleed valve 14 discharging the pressure oil fed from the hydraulic pump 2 to the hydraulic actuator 7 and being interposed in the bleed-off circuit 13, and a controller 15 controlling the opening quantity of the variable bleed valve. The controller 15 is provided with an opening function memory part memorizing a plurality of functions as opening functions regulating the opening quantity of the variable bleed valve 14 to select a prescribed function from the plurality of functions according to the selection signal inputted from a monitor 16.
