PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable leading of blow-by gas from a cylinder head to a suction device, while reducing the size of an engine and oil consumption amount. SOLUTION: A blow-by gas chamber 7, partitioned from a valve system cam chamber 5, is formed closer to the combustion chamber 6 side than to the valve system cam chamber 5 in the cylinder head 2. An engine internal space, extending from the valve system cam chamber 5 to a crank chamber via a cam chain chamber, is connected to the blow-by gas chamber 7 through a communication passage in the cylinder head 2. The suction device is connected to the blow-by gas chamber 7 via a blow-by gas passage 34 formed in the cylinder head 2 and a head cover 33, in such a manner as to penetrate the valve system cam chamber 5.
