PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door locking device capable of restraining hindrance to various work when a door is opened. SOLUTION: This door locking device 1 restrains the door 3 for opening and closing the front of a box 2 from being opened. The door locking device 1 is provided with a body 4 disposed on the side of the box 2, an arm 6 rotatably supported on the body 4, a key device 7 and a direct-acting guide device 8. The key device 7 is capable of holding the arm 6 in the state of being locked along the front 3a of the door 3. The key device 7 can be held in the unlocking state of displacing the arm 6 from the state of being laid along the front 3a to the state of being laid along the side 2a. The direct-acting guide device 8 supports the body 4 to be freely moved along the direction of approaching and separating from the door 3 along the side 2a.
