PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a shaft of a golf club is provided to reinforce the strength and the flexural rigidity of the shaft, and to reduce the whole weight of the golf club. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing a shaft of a golf club comprises the steps for rolling a carbon fiber composite material as a prepreg(3,4) having at least one axial or diagonal texture on the outer surface of a mandrel; winding a carbon fiber yarn(5) and a glass fiber yarn(6) around the carbon fiber composite material to perform a primary reinforcement process of the shaft of the golf club; and winding the carbon fiber yarn and a Kevlar(7) in a spiral form by using a winder to perform a secondary reinforcement process thereof. |
