PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably deliver a hardener for improving ground into soil excavated and agitated without influence of an earth resistance. SOLUTION: A nozzle chamber 42 connected to the tip of a hardener force- feed pipe 41 is formed of a tapered off diffusion chamber 44 and an acceleration chamber 45. The diffusion plate 49 is disposed in the diffusion chamber 44 to generate a downward stream while diffusing the hardener in the longitudinal direction by a synergistic effect together with an air blow nozzle 50. The hardener is further pressurized by the air nozzle 51 in the pressurizing chamber 45 to accelerate it and vigorously delivered from a slitted spout 47.
