PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an adhesive that can complete hardening with a hot press in a short time, while allowing a long gel time after an agent A and an agent B are mixed together, and to provide a method for manufacturing a sandwiched honeycomb structure panel using eth adhesive. SOLUTION: This two-pack type urethane adhesive is composed of the agent A comprising a polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanate and the agent B comprising a castor oil or a modified castor oil polyol as a polyol compound and a salt of 1,8-diazabicyclo(5,4,0)undence-7 as a catalyst, wherein the equivalent raio of the isocyanae group of the polyisocyanate to the hydroxy group of the polyol (NCO/OH) is 1-2. The sandwiched honeycomb structure panel is manufactured by adhering surface materials to the top and bottom surfaces of a honeycomb core member, wherein the above adhesive is used for the adhesion that is carried out by a hot press.
