PURPOSE: A tooth whitening patch comprising a chemical layer containing a tooth whitening component and an adhesive layer and capable of detachably attaching to the surface of the tooth is provided, which enables the whitening component directly to contact with the tooth for a long period time. CONSTITUTION: This patch comprises a chemical layer and an adhesive layer placed on the surface of the chemical layer, wherein the chemical layer is contained in a supporting layer. The patch is convenient to use, does not feel inconvenient even when used during sleeping and can obtain a whitening effect at low cost.
