PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid supplying management computer system for managing an order of liquid, acceptance of order of liquid, adjustment of liquid and liquid transferring or the like between an installing site of a liquid supplying device for supplying various kinds of liquids stored in a storing tank and a liquid adjustment site for adjusting liquid fed to the storing tank in accordance with a predetermined program and then a cost in these series of works can be reduced. SOLUTION: A liquid supplementing management between a liquid storing tank at a use site and an independent liquid adjustment site is performed such that either a residual amount in the storing tank or an amount of use at a use position is detected and then the liquid is supplemented into the storing tank in response to a predetermined program in accordance with data of either an attained residual amount or an amount of use.
