PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an administration device effective for an anticoagulant based on an aromatic amidine derivative. SOLUTION: This pharmaceutical preparation for percutaneous absorption or absorption through mucous membrane includes a medicine such as (2 S)-2-[4-[(3S)-1-acetoimido-yl-3-pyrrolidinyl)oxy]phenyl]-3-(7-amidino- 2-naphthyl) propionic acid, or the like, in a device including (a) a support film, (b) a release control membrane, (c) heat adhesion parts connecting the support film to the release control membrane, (d) a storage vessel for storing a medicine-containing liquid, (e) a liquid spill preventing lid having a fringe part whole of which is overlapped with the heat adhesion parts on the inner most side and installed with a pressure-sensitive adhesive part on its whole pheripheral part to press seal the release control membrane, (f) a press connected part formed by pressing and sealing the liquid spill preventing lid and the release control membrane in an easily releasable manner, (g) a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and (h) a release film placed to cover the pressure sensitive adhesive layer, and (i) the press connected part is set to be broken in the case of removing the release film from the device.
