PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baseboard mounting apparatus which can engage supports and a baseboard with each other by means of round support shafts and an inverted U-shaped engaging piece arranged at a lower portion of the baseboard, facilitates mounting and removal of the baseboard, and is effective in the case where work such as wiring, receptacle mounting, and joint mounting must be carried out by removing the baseboard. SOLUTION: The supports 2 which support a panel 1 are provided for the panel 1, and each support 2 has engaging projections at its upper front and rear portions, which projections each have a downward directed free end. Brackets 6 are projected from lower front and rear portions of each support 2, which brackets each have the round support shaft 4 for supporting an engaging portion formed at a bottom edge of the baseboard 3. The baseboard 3 includes a top edge and the inverted U-shaped engaging piece 5. The top edge engages with the engaging projections arranged at the upper portions of the support 2. The inverted U-shaped engaging piece 5 is formed at a lower portion of the baseboard and engages with the support shaft 4 of the support 2.
