PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a fishline wound around a fishhook from being moved in the shaft circumferential direction of the fishhook. SOLUTION: This fishhook is characterized by a convex line part 7 which extends in the axis direction, becomes a contacting part with the fishline m, and is formed as a whirl-stop of the fishline m to be bound, at the center of the back surface of a line-binding part to be bound by the fishline m, and concave line parts 8 and 8 which become uncontacted parts with the fishline m, and are formed at the right and left of the convex line part 7. As a result, the wound fishline m1 of the fishline m bound on the line-binding part 6 is pushed by the convex line part 7 which is the whirl-stop to prevent the wound fishline ml from being moved in the shaft circumferential direction of the fishhook. Especially, by forming the concave line parts 8 and 8 as the uncontacted parts with the fishline m at the right and left of the convex line part 7, the contact or the convex line part 1 with the fishline m at the center of the back surface of the line-binding part 6 is made certain by aggressively excluding the positions capable of contacting with the fishline m except the convex line part 7.
