PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a new kind of taste by using the cod roe disassembled into small pieces, while it is salted thereby expanding the use of the disassembled cod roe. SOLUTION: The small pieces of disassembled cod roe as a main material are mixed with minced chicken and egg white as submaterials, the mixture is boiled whereby the objective processed food with a new type of taste in which the taste of cod roe and the taste of chicken are wholly mixed to give completely harmonious taste. |
