PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a vehicle interior panel, the reentrant of the vehicle interior panel and an air conditioning duct with a resin while cutting down the product cost. SOLUTION: A recessed part 20 for storage opened to opposite to an opening 5 formed in the vehicle interior panel 1 and an air conditioning duct 14 arranged in the vehicle interior panel side 1 are formed with the resin through a connection part as one body. A connecting part 20e is provided in the recessed part 20 for connecting the opening part of the recessed part 20 to the opening 5 formed in the vehicle interior panel 1.
