<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To judge whether desired processing proceeds normally or not even when an area of a light emitting part is changed according to a change in a surface condition of a processing material. SOLUTION: A laser beam cutting machine A is composed of a controller 21 having a laser beam torch 7 which irradiates cutting member B with a laser beam and cuts it by injecting assist gas made of oxygen gas, a CCD camera 17 which is arranged inside the laser beam torch 7 and photographs a nozzle 15, an image processing part 23 which processes an image photographed by the CCD camera 17, a measuring part 25 which measures the area of the light emitting part, a storage part 22 wherein information of the area of the light emitting part for recognition of a process condition is stored beforehand, and a comparison part which compares the area of the light emitting part stored in the storage part 22 with the area of the light emitting part measured by the measuring part 25 and generates a signal.</p> |
