PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material for a cushion cover which can be used comfortably as it has a thermal storage property, does not get sticky for hours, and avoids getting too hot or too cold, and to provide a material for parts of a vehicle which increase comfort inside of the vehicle by keeping the temperature of the parts of the vehicle and of inside of the vehicle controlled with an air conditioner for relatively long hours after the air conditioner is turned off. SOLUTION: A material for a cushion cover is provided with a basic material such as a polyurethane foam or a synthetic leather in which microcapsules containing shells with a latent heat storage agent are dispersed. A material for parts of the vehicle such as a steering wheel is provided with a basic material such as a synthetic resin in which microcapsules containing shells with a latent heat storage agent are dispersed. The heat storage agent should change its phases at the temperature between 6 and 35 Centigrade.
