PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accessing apparatus for a water tank of closed system by which fishes can be taken out from or into the water tank of closed system without breaking the closed system nor leaking water to outside. SOLUTION: The accessing apparatus for a water tank of closed system has the following structure. It comprises a cylindrical container, a slip stopper- having controlling rod inserted into the side periphery of the container, a port plug capable of being attached on and detached from the lower end side of the controlling bar, and a container's cover through which the controlling bar airtightly passes at the upper part of the container. The container's cover can be airtightly attached to and detached from a water tank port of the water tank of closed system. When the control bar is pushed down, the container and the port plug come to locate in the water tank of closed system; and when the control bar is pulled up, the container comes to locate in the container's cover airtightly, and the port plug is held in the inner periphery of the water tank port airtightly. Thus, materials can be taken out from or charged into the water tank of closed system without breaking the closed system of the water tank of closed system nor leaking the water in the water tank of closed system to outside.
