PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting board which has a fresh surface at anytime, and which is hygienic and flexible. SOLUTION: This cutting board consists of a layer of 5 to 20 plastic sheets each of which has a thickness of 50 to 200μm, which can be peeled one after another, and which is disposable and flexible.
