SOLUTION: Whether or not the relative position relation between a corneal deformation detecting optical system 50 and a subject's eye E is within a predetermined alignment allowance range is detected by a sensor 41, the allowance values regarding the alignment allowance range are set by an arithmetic and control circuit 80 and are changed according to a predetermined condition, the reliability of the measured results regarding the eye E which is obtained by the corneal deformation detecting optical system 50 is displayed on a monitoring equipment 88 according to the alignment allowance range in the allowance values set and changed by the arithmetic and control circuit 80, the first detection of the relative position relation before starting a predetermined measurement regarding the eye E and the second detection of the relative position relation at least either during measurement or immediately after completing measurement are detected by a sensor 41, and the monitoring equipment 88 displays the reliability of measured values based on the alignment state according to the first and second detection results of the sensor 41.
