A part between the virtual circumferences R1-R2 of the grinding surface 15 makes a main grinding part 14, a part between the R1 and the inside edge 15a makes a subsidiary grinding part 16a, a part between the R2 and the outside edge 15b makes a subsidiary grinding part 16b and grinding quantity of the two subsidiary grinding parts 16a, 16b is changed to increase and decrease complementarily.
