PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calender roll which is almost free from surface irregularities and consequently, has less significant surface coarseness, so that a laminated sheet with outstanding smoothness, especially a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet with outstanding smoothness can be manufactured as well as a method for manufacturing the laminated sheet. SOLUTION: The calender roll C is structured of at least three rolls and manufactures the laminated sheet 33 by laminating a plastic material sheet M obtained by rolling a plastic material and a base sheet 31 at a nip part P. In addition the calender roll C has a pair of nip rolls which constitute the nip part P with a retaining roll 3 which retains the plastic material sheet M rolled prior to the lamination process and further, has a doctor knife 41 arranged as a release member to the retaining roll 3 at a position behind the nip part P. The doctor knife 41 is preferably vibrated at 0.1-1 Hz or 20 Hz or higher. |
