PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-purpose sheet capable of dealing with applications of a wide range as a wall material or the like from various type carpets by adding a water shutting-off function simultaneously upon giving of a deodorizing function and a humidity controlling function to a nonwoven fabric. SOLUTION: A film 3 if a synthetic resin is adhered to one surface side of the nonwoven fabric 2, and a charcoal coating layer 4 is provided by coating a powder charcoal on the other surface side of the fabric. The coating layer has excellent deodorizing, humidity controlling and gas absorbing functions and a far infrared ray effect.
