PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize downsizing and weight reduction of a portable ink pad with a seal mat by constituting it of only a seal mat part which is necessary when it is used for sealing, an ink pad part and a lid part for an ink pad which is necessary when it is carried and storaged. SOLUTION: The portable ink pad 1 with the seal mat of the present invention is the portable ink pad with the seal mat in which the seal mat and the ink pad are integrated and is constituted of a seal mat part 30, an ink pad part 20 and a lid part 10 for the ink pad and an elastic sheet is fitted as the seal mat 32 on the top face of the base seat part 31 of the seal mat part 30 and the bottom face and the top face of the ink pad part 20 are respectively formed into recessed shapes in such a way that a cavity 21 of the bottom face is a lid for the seal mat part 30 and the ink pad 25 is filled into a cavity 22 of the top face and spiral channel parts are respectively provided on the outer peripheral edge 33 of the base seat part 31 of the above described seal mat 32, the inner peripheral edge 23 of the cavity 21 of the bottom face and the outer peripheral edge 24 of the cavity 22 of the top face of the above described ink pad part 20 and the inner peripheral edge 12 of the cavity 11 of the underside of the above described lid part 10 for the ink pad and the seal mat part 30, the ink pad part 20 and the lid part 10 for the ink pad are screw-jointed by these channel parts.
