PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the frequency for the application of a resin by a spray gun when a surface resin layer having a pattern is formed, provide the feeling of a natural material, the feeling of multiple colors, or the feeling of depth, and at the same time, increase the uniformity. SOLUTION: On the die surface 2 on the product front surface side in a casting mold 1, the surface resin layer 5 having a pattern which expresses an artificial marble pattern is formed in advance using a spray gun. Then, a casting resin composition 6 is injected into the mold 1, and an artificial marble is manufactured by molding and curing the casting resin composition 6 in this manufacturing method. In this case, a plurality of nozzle sections 8 of which the jetting angle can be changed are provided on the spray gun 3. The surface resin layer 5 having the pattern is formed by simultaneously jetting spray paints of a plurality of colors to the die surface 2 from the plurality of nozzle sections 8.
