PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a plural number of spoons on a holding member, to simultaneously conceal a surface portion with no pattern by a concealing member provided on the holding member, to pattern irregularities on a surface portion with patterns as granular matters collide only against the surface portion with the patterns except for the surface portion with no pattern and to improve workability. SOLUTION: This device is furnished with a blast working part 1 to spray granular matters on surfaces of the spoons W and to put irregular patterns on the surfaces, the holding member 10 free to hold a plural number of the spoons and the concealing member 11 free to conceal surface portions with no pattern of the spoons held on the holding member.
