PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device for a speed chane gear capable of forming a reversely tapered spline gear having a chamfer at the tip in a high precision, by simultaneously forming both side faces of the spline gear to have a reversely tapered shape and forming the tip to have a chamfered shape. SOLUTION: The manufacturing device for a speed change gear is constituted of a dies 7 formed at every equal distance on a disk so that a plurality of spline gear-forming parts 72 for forming a reversely tapered spline gear G can transfer on a line radially stretching from the central axis L of a gear stock W and a pushing member 3 shifting the spline gear-forming part 72 toward the central axis L of the gear stock W by pushing the outer peripheral face 72T of the spline gear-forming part 72 of the die 7. A space 71 where the spline gear-forming part 72 gets into contact with the adjoining spline gear-forming part 72 and simultaneously forms the both side faces A0, A0 to have a reversely tapered shape A, and further to form the tip to have a chamferred shape C, C between adjoining both spline gear-forming parts 72, 72 by shifting the spline gear-forming parts 72 toward the central axis L of the gear stock W, is formed. |
