PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a portable mask is provided to enable everyone to easily and conveniently wear the mask in the case of an emergency evacuation situation. CONSTITUTION: In the method for manufacturing a portable mask for an emergency evacuation situation, for reducing the suction of smoke or gas, ionic surfactant, nonionic surfactant, and amphoteric surfactant are added into the gas soluble pure water, and also alkaline earth metal including aluminum and calcium is dispersed in the water. The water prepared as stated above is absorbed into a non-woven fabric having a thickness of 1mm to 3cm to form a filter for a dustproof mask, a smoke protection mask, and a poison mask. The portable mask is formed by modifying the shape of a medical fiber mask.
