PURPOSE: A heat exchanger producing method is provided to integrally inject mold a plate formed by fixed plate, an upper plate and left/right plates and to conveniently produce a heat exchanger by inserting a pin while cutting the plate with a specific length. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger comprises flanges(2,3) formed on both ends; a fixed plate(1) forming a connecting groove(4) in a side portion; an upper plate(7); a connecting groove(8) mounted on the upper plate corresponding to the connecting groove of the fixed plate; left and right plates(5,6); a plate(10) having a case shape; and connecting protrusions(41,81) formed between the connecting grooves. Pins are inserted to the connecting groove to prevent the pins from releasing the plate by cocking work. The plate is integrally molded by aluminum material to form a case shape. Then, pins of plate shape are separately inserted to the connecting grooves of the plate. The pin is fixed on the connecting grooves by cocking the connecting protrusions. Thereby, the heat exchanger is conveniently produced by inserting the pin while cutting the plate with a specific length.
